zumba
Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-Inspired dance. Each workout involves highly choreographed movements set to upbeat salsa and international music. Essentially, Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout experience that keeps you excited to exercise and return for more.
YOD Yoga
YOD (Your Own Determination) Yoga is a yoga class that combines intentional movement and high-intensity interval training to challenge you and stretch you mentally, physically, and emotionally. YOD Yoga helps increase Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Speed, Power, Endurance, Agility & Coordination. Feel your muscles burn during the workout. Feel your mind and body at peace by the end of the class.

spin
Spinning is a low-impact exercise that is easy on the joints. Like running, spinning is a great cardiovascular workout.
Indoor cycling signals an adrenaline rush and endorphin release, proven to lower stress levels.


hiit to fit
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion. HIIT involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts.
pound
A drumming-inspired workout that combines cardio, strength training, and plyometrics. It is a full-body workout that uses lightly weighted drumsticks called “Ripstix” to simulate the experience of drumming.


hip hop w/ helah
High energy fitness class combined with hip-hop music and dance moves with bodyweight exercises. Participants can expect to engage in fun and dynamic movements that challenge strength, endurance and coordination while grooving to upbeat hip-hop tracks.
Helah will guide the group through a series of movements focused on rhythm and timing. Expect a fun and supportive atmosphere and alot of calorie burning.
barre be me
Transform your body with our Barre Class, a high-energy workout that combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga techniques. Using the barre for support and resistance, you’ll tone and sculpt your muscles through a
series of small, precise movements. Expect to improve your posture, strengthen your core, and leave feeling empowered and energized.


flex n flow
A rejuvenating class designed to improve flexibility, build core strength, and promote relaxation. Combining elements of yoga, Pilates, and deep stretching, this session helps release tension, align the body, and boost overall mobility. Perfect for all fitness levels. Flex n Flow will leave you felling balanced, strong, and refreshed.
dance to fit
Combines mainstream music of today with fitness for a great fun workout – Average calories burned per class 500!


kids fit class
